Introducing Novra

We are so excited to introduce Novra, an intelligent real estate broker application with one simple mission: produce real work for the real world. Technology is often created to support other technology, and as artifical intelligence has progressed in recent years, we have seen some incredible technologies become available to the public. Leveraging the power of new technolgy, while preserving the expertise and judgement of broker professionals is what we aim to do in the real estate industry.

We understand that real estate brokerage is a fundamentally human job. A job that necessitates human interaction every day. We hope Novra can allow for more of the human interaction and allow brokers to insert their judgement into materials, without spending all day building them.

Our first product: BOV Generation

Novra's first product is agentic Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) presentation generation. Our product looks across all your data to generate high fidelity presentations, built on your own template, so you receive a near-final product in as little as 3 minutes.

The BOV agent feeds off of the data in your workspace (uploaded by you) to pull relevant pricing, pages for comps, property images, and market data. The agent never fills in information it does not have, or cannot calculate, so there is no risk of stale or incorrect numbers getting in the client's hands.

Other Core Features

Along with BOV generation, you can use Novra to to the following

  1. Store Documents: Store your documents so they are searchable through chat, and can be used to populate your presentations
  2. Bulk Upload: Bulk upload your information through excel templates or PDF data extraction so all of your data lives in Novra
  3. Match Buyers: Easily pull buyers lists based on a matching algorithm
  4. Find Comps: Sift through all of your comps, or ask the chat agent, and pull high quality comps on the first go
  5. Charts and Research: Research all your information through chat, and create downloadable charts to edit locally

The User Experience

We have built Novra with real estate workflows in mind. We hope you will find that Novra is not meant for manual data entry to store information, but for automated data entry that produces real work, for the real world.
